How long does a typical service take?
The majority of our services are completed within 24 hours. For system optimization and software-related work, it's often same-day. More complex hardware repairs or part replacements may take 2–3 business days. We'll always give you a realistic timeframe upfront and keep you updated throughout.
Are your services available remotely?
Yes! Many of our digital IT services — including system optimization, virus removal, software troubleshooting, and performance tuning — can be performed entirely remotely via a secure remote connection. You can book these services directly through our website and we'll get started right away. Physical repairs require you to drop off the device or arrange a collection.
Is my data safe during the repair process?

We'll never access files beyond what's necessary to perform the service, and we'll always recommend a backup before any significant work begins. We are GDPR compliant.
How do I pay for a service?
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted payment platforms. We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay. Payment is taken at the time of booking. What if I'm not happy with the service?

What does "system optimization" actually include?
Our system optimization service is comprehensive. It includes: removing unnecessary startup programs, clearing system junk files and temporary data, updating drivers and the operating system, defragmenting and checking disk health, scanning for malware and adware, adjusting power and performance settings, cleaning the registry, and providing a full before-and-after performance report so you can see the difference.
